McGill - Balanced Thinking Skills Workshop
09:00 - 17:00
The Balanced Thinking Skills workshop delivers a powerful and dynamic learning experience that helps participants better understand how their thinking styles and personal needs impact how they lead, communicate, give and receive feedback, solve problems, resolve conflict, interact with others and make daily decisions. The focus of the workshop is providing each participant with individual feedback on their unique thinking style and personal needs and the corresponding impact on their leadership style. Much of the program content is derived from the world-renowned Herrmann Institute. This workshop will also use the FIRO-B assessment tool and the Johari Window to help participants better understand their personal needs and how they are perceived by others.
