McGill - Business Analysis for Project Managers Workshop
09:00 - 17:00
The complexity of projects is forever increasing and the demand for delivering quality solutions on time and within cost is still critical for project success. Business Analysis techniques and tools are core enablers and project managers are aware of this reality.
Employers in time of cost cutting measures, seek increased polyvalence in their human resources. On small to intermediate projects the question is often asked: Do I need both a Project Manager and a Business Analyst? On larger projects, better communication equates to better quality (time and cost) and understanding the tasks, techniques, tools and challenges that the Business Analysts are faced with aides in delivering projects successfully.
This workshop will help bridge the knowledge gap between project management and business analysis.
