- Overview of statistical Quality Control and the concepts of quality improvement process
- Discussion on the development and management of audit checklists
- Overview of risk management as it pertains to and integrates with quality assurance
- Explanation of managing compliance and noncompliance events
- What to look for when assessing corrective and preventive actions
Discussion on the proper management of records and documents within the Quality Assurance program - Discussion on the importance of proper reporting protocols within the Quality Assurance program
- Overview of issues when dealing with the regulator
- Discussion of what to keep in mind when managing an audit team
- Review of Day-to-Day responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Manager
