Virtual Workshop Description :
This virtual workshop is spread over 2 half days and provides a comprehensive overview of the role and responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Manager.
Course Content:
Day 1 - 4 Hours
- Review of Quality Assurance concepts
- Comparison of Quality Assurance and Quality Control detailing the importance of both and how they work together
- Overview of statistical Quality Control and the concepts of quality improvement process
- Discussion on the development and management of audit checklists
- Overview of risk management as it pertains to and integrates with quality assurance
Day 2 - 4 Hours
- Review of Quality Assurance concepts
- Comparison of Quality Assurance and Quality Control detailing the importance of both and how they work together

Outcome:
