Principal of Bell Advisory Services and past General Manager of the Vancouver Flight Information Region (NavCanada). Heather attended Simon Fraser University, is a graduate of the Directors College through McMaster University and has over 38 years of experience in the aviation industry. Heather is the current Board Chair of the British Columbia Aviation Council and is active as an Industry consultant. Heather’s clients have included the Vancouver Airport Authority, Toronto Airports Authourity, MDA Corporation, Aurora Inc and several Government agencies. Heather is currently assisting the Provincial Government in their efforts to roll out Pandemic relief funding for Small Air Carriers servicing remote BC communities.
